The paperwork to this process is extensive. We have to keep our FBI clearances up to date every 6 months. I had to send off for our latest clearance about a month ago. They came back today saying my fingerprints I sent in were too light. Of course, Scott’s prints were just fine. I will be getting darker prints done tomorrow and will send them off again. This process usually takes weeks to turn around so let’s hope it goes quickly since we really need them before we travel. Expediting FBI Clearances and then back on “stand-by” while I get all of our stuff packed and ready to leave.
