After getting the Visa, we went to a large Parque de Jamal… an amuzement park that was very neat. It had a full size replica of the Taj Mahal, a beautiful zoo in the mountains and much more. It was tranquil… I wanted to ask for a hammock and a good book and just soak in the quiet beauty and the animals. Lanie had a great time of course and Mauricio was great help with Lanie carrying her on his shoulders and playing with her a lot. We went a few other places as well and made a long day of it.
Going places with Mauricio has been the best decision made. After Sunday night, I was about to die to come home and didn’t think I could survive another week. However, the week has gone by quickly going places, having extra help and not having to worry about anything as Mauricio takes care of everything. He and Martha even keep all of my paperwork so I don’t have to worry about forgetting something (except for my Visa). That is really good because my brain is mush! I’m a bit spoiled.
